Did not like the outright deception of buyers.
Cleaning spray implies its presence, not an empty bottle. If it is initially empty, then it was necessary to write a spray bottle. And so the seller gives deliberately false information about his product, i.e. He's a fraud.
And the seller knows about it and does not change anything.
